Terms of Service
Welcome to Omnia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Flux Software, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Flux," "we," "us"). They govern your use of the Omnia mobile app, the mini apps inside it, and our website at omniatheapp.com (together, the "Service"). Creating an account or using the Service means you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Who can use Omnia
You must be at least 13 years old to use Omnia. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You can't use Omnia if we've previously banned you, or if the law prohibits you from using it.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep that account secure. You're responsible for activity on your Omnia account.
- Give accurate information, and don't impersonate anyone or pick a username that misleads people about who you are. We may reclaim or change usernames that infringe others' rights, impersonate someone, or are abusive.
- One person per account. Don't sell, transfer, or share your account.
- If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, tell us right away.
3. The Service and mini apps
Omnia hosts many mini apps, such as polls, chess, runs, workouts, recipes, travel planning, and music, on a shared social layer. We're constantly building, and we may add, change, pause, or remove mini apps and features, including ones you use. Some features may be labeled beta or experimental and may not work as expected. We aren't obligated to keep any particular mini app or feature available.
Before we remove a mini app, we'll let you know in the app ahead of time. The exception is when we have to act right away, for example for legal or security reasons, or because a provider the mini app depends on shuts down or cuts off access. In that case we'll tell you as soon as we can. If you have Omnia Plus, your AI credits aren't tied to any one mini app, so they stay available for every AI feature that remains (see Section 10).
4. Your content
You own what you create. "Your content" means the posts, photos, videos, comments, ratings, routes, workouts, recipes, beats, songs, prompts, and anything else you submit to the Service.
License to us. You grant Flux a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example resizing or formatting), display, perform, and distribute your content. This license covers operating, improving, and promoting the Service, consistent with your visibility settings and our Privacy Policy. It includes showing your content in feeds, on shared-post web pages, and in share cards that you or your viewers create. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the content was shared with others and they kept a copy, where we must keep it for legal reasons, or for residual backup copies kept for a limited time.
License to other users. You let other users view and interact with your content as the Service allows. Some mini apps are built for building on each other's work. For example, posting a beat lets others remix it with credit to you, and others can save a shared recipe or routine. By posting in those mini apps, you grant other users the rights needed to use those features.
Your responsibility. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post. That includes permission from the people who appear in your photos or videos, where the law requires it, and no infringement of anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. We don't endorse user content and aren't responsible for it.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
5. Community rules
Don't use Omnia to:
- harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate anyone, or encourage others to;
- post hate speech, or content that promotes violence or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics;
- post sexually explicit content, or any content that sexualizes minors;
- post graphic violence, or content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
- share someone else's private information, such as their address, phone number, or private photos, without permission;
- impersonate people or organizations, or mislead people about where content came from;
- post spam, scams, or misleading commercial content, or manipulate likes, follows, or other engagement;
- infringe intellectual property or violate anyone's legal rights;
- promote or sell illegal goods or services, or break any law;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service, including to train AI models, without our written permission;
- reverse-engineer, interfere with, overload, or bypass the security or limits of the Service, including AI-credit or usage limits;
- access the Service through automated means or unauthorized clients, or create accounts in bulk;
- use AI features to generate content that breaks these rules, or that imitates real artists, voices, or people in a misleading way.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Omnia has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We automatically block some objectionable language, and we aim to review every report within 24 hours. You can report content or accounts and block other users from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that we believe violate these Terms or put others at risk. We may act with or without notice. We aren't obligated to monitor content, but we may do so. If you think we made a mistake, contact us at gev@omniatheapp.com.
7. AI features
- Some mini apps use third-party AI models to generate text, images, music, ideas, or estimates. Examples are meal estimates in Plate, room designs in Restyle, trip ideas in Travel Agent, and songs in Muse. Omnia asks your permission before any app first sends your content to an AI provider, and you can change that in Settings → AI features.
- AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unexpected. Check anything important before you rely on it, such as whether a place is open, prices, nutrition figures, or product details.
- You're responsible for your prompts and for how you use AI output. Don't submit content you don't have the rights to, and don't use AI features to break the Community rules.
- As between you and Flux, you may use the output you generate, subject to these Terms and the law. Similar output may be generated for other users, and we don't guarantee that output is unique or protectable.
- AI features are subject to usage limits and AI credits. Section 10 explains how credits work and how limits can change.
- We choose and may change the AI models and providers that power a feature, for example to improve quality, speed, or cost, as long as the feature keeps doing what we describe in the app.
8. Health and fitness features
Strides, Lift, Plate, and similar mini apps are for general information and motivation only. They're not medical devices and don't provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice. Distance, pace, calorie, and nutrition figures are estimates. Talk to a qualified professional before starting an exercise or diet program, and stop if you feel unwell. Stay aware of your surroundings and traffic when you're tracking a run or walk.
9. Third-party services
The Service includes or links to content and services from third parties, such as Apple Maps, music previews, book data, product listings from online stores, and Wikipedia images. Their own terms govern those services, and we're not responsible for them. If you buy something from a merchant you found through Omnia, the purchase is between you and that merchant.
10. Subscriptions, AI credits, and usage limits
Omnia Plus
- We may offer paid features, such as the Omnia Plus subscription. Before you buy, the purchase screen in the app shows the price, the billing period, and what Plus includes, such as your daily AI credits and monthly Muse songs, and how they compare to the free tier. That screen, as shown when you buy or renew, describes your plan.
- Plus is not unlimited. It gives you larger allowances than the free tier, as shown on the purchase screen.
- Apple processes purchases in the iOS app through the App Store, under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or your Omnia account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription.
- Apple handles refunds under its policies. We can't issue App Store refunds ourselves.
- We may change prices with notice. Price changes for existing subscriptions follow Apple's rules for notice and consent.
How AI credits work
- Each AI action, such as a meal scan, a room design, trip ideas, or a song, uses a number of credits shown in the app. Your credits are shared across Omnia's AI features.
- On the free tier, you get a monthly credit allowance that refreshes on the first day of each calendar month (UTC), with a daily limit on how many credits you can use in any 24 hours. With Omnia Plus, your allowance is daily and works on a rolling 24-hour basis: each credit you spend becomes available again 24 hours later. The purchase screen shows the current numbers for each tier.
- Other monthly allowances, such as Muse songs, also reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC).
- Unused credits and allowances don't roll over. Credits aren't money: they have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, or transferred, and aren't refundable or redeemable for anything else.
- A credit is used when an AI request starts, because our providers charge us for it whether or not the result is what you hoped for. If a request fails because of an error on our side, we may restore the credits, but we aren't required to.
Changes to allowances and credit costs
- We may increase allowances, lower the credit cost of an action, or add new features to Plus at any time.
- If we make a change that materially reduces what Omnia Plus includes, such as lowering a Plus allowance or raising the credit cost of an action, we'll notify subscribers in the app or by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. For your subscription, the change applies from your first renewal after that notice period. If you don't want to continue, you can cancel before that renewal. If local law gives you additional rights, such as the right to end the contract when digital content or a digital service changes to your detriment, you keep those rights.
- Removing or pausing a mini app, as described in Section 3, doesn't reduce your credit allowance: your credits stay available for every AI feature that remains. An allowance that belongs to one mini app, such as monthly Muse songs, ends if that mini app is removed.
- Free-tier allowances and credit costs may change at any time. We'll show the current numbers in the app.
Fair use and protecting the Service
Allowances are for normal personal use of the app. We may temporarily limit, slow, or pause AI features, for one account or for everyone, without notice if we reasonably need to: to stop abuse, fraud, automated or bulk use, or attempts to get around limits (see Community rules); to protect the security or stability of the Service; or because an AI provider is unavailable or restricted. These measures are temporary and don't permanently reduce your plan.
11. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, mini apps, logos, and the "Omnia" name, belongs to Flux and its licensors and is protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, except as these Terms or the law expressly allow.
12. Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Omnia infringes your copyright, send a notice to gev@omniatheapp.com with the subject "Copyright notice." Include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work;
- a description of the infringing material and where it is on the Service, such as a link to it;
- your contact information;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
13. Termination
You can stop using Omnia at any time, and you can delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. These sections survive termination: Your content (the license survives as described there), Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnity, Governing law and disputes, and General.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. These include implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that content (including AI output and user content) is accurate or reliable, or that defects will be corrected. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flux and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Nor will they be liable for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flux and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees. This covers anything arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone's rights.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of California. You and Flux consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small-claims court instead. Before filing any claim, please contact us at gev@omniatheapp.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If you're a consumer in the EU, UK, or another place that gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under your local consumer-protection laws, nothing in this section limits those rights.
18. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded Omnia from the Apple App Store, the following also applies:
- These Terms are between you and Flux only, not Apple. Flux, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license to use the app is limited to Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
- Flux, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties relating to the app. These include product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer-protection, privacy, or similar laws.
- If a third party claims the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Flux, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.
- You represent that you're not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you're not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you in the app or by other means before it takes effect, and we'll update the "Last updated" date. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
20. General
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Flux about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a provision, that doesn't waive our right to enforce it later. You can't assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
